Sector 1 Motorsport is a motorsport platform founded by Cydney Barge. Our story began, admittedly, on TikTok when Cyd uploaded a video searching for like-minded individuals to join her on starting a podcast. She was inundated with responses and this is where Sector 1 was born.

Sector 1 is designed to be the first stop you make for your motorsport fix; it is a platform that aims to provide you with the best motorsport content, giving you opinions, predictions, race reviews and insight into teams and drivers in motorsport. We're the podcast with big conversations and even bigger guests!

Sector 1 has 4 leading presenters, Cyd, Lilly, Rhiannon and Merisse who co-host a long format podcast, posting weekly episodes covering a range of different topics. We also have a team of passionate individuals that contribute to our blog posts, TikTok, YouTube content and the general running of Sector 1, making for a wide range of perspectives, interests and opinions.

Our platform isn't about success, we're not looking to go viral, we're not trying to make money. Sector 1 aims to provide experience to individuals who have a dream of working in motorsport, it's meant to help connect with motorsport fans as well as motorsport employees. Sector 1 is a learning experience for all members of the team, and if you enjoy our content whilst we're gaining experience doing what we love, then that's a bonus!
