Arthur Leclerc, younger brother of Scuderia Ferrari Formula 1 driver Charles Leclerc, made his F3 debut in 2021 with Prema Racing. He scored his maiden victory during the 5th round of the season at Le Castellet. He then went on to score a further win at Zandvoort and a podium at the Budapest round. He finished the season 10th in the standings. 

Leclerc remained with Prema racing for the 2022 F3 season and had a strong start to the season with a podium in the second round at Sakhir. He won the Silverstone Formula 3 round and managed to score points in 12 of the 18 rounds so finished the season 6th in the championship. For the 2023 season it was announced that Leclerc would be making the step up to F2 with DAMS.
