Caio Collet made his single-seater debut in 2018 during the French F4 Championship. Collet finished the first four races on the podium including the first of seven wins he would take that season. Winning the final race of the season led Collet to confirm his place as champion. The Brazilian driver progressed to the Formula Renault Eurocup for 2019. Collet finished the season with 5 podiums and ended the season 5th in the standards. Collet remained in the Formula Renault Eurocup for 2020. Collet secured 12 podiums including 5 wins and finished the season in 2nd place. 

For 2021, Collet joined MP Motorsport in Formula 3 and managed to score 2 podiums throughout the season. The Brazilian driver finished 9th in the standings which made him the second highest placed rookie. Collet remained with MP Motorsport for the 2022 season. He scored 5 podiums including 2 wins and finished the season in 8th. For the 2023 season, Collet will switch to Van Amersfoot Racing.
