Gabriele Minì made his car racing debut in the 2020 Italian F4 Championship. He had a strong season with 12 podiums including 4 wins. This meant that he won the championship at the penultimate round of the season. For 2021, Minì raced for ART Grand Prix in the Formula Regional European Championship. He scored 4 podiums throughout the season and finished the year 7th in the standings. 

For 2022, Minì remained with ART Grand Prix for the Formula Regional European Championship. That season was considerably more successful as he finished the season 2nd in the championship with 9 podiums including 3 wins. Alongside that campaign, the Italian also competed in the Formula Regional Asian Championship where he scored 4 podiums including 2 wins and finished the year in 7th. For 2023, Minì will make the step up to Formula 3 to drive for Hitech Grand Prix.
