Victor Martins made his full time single-seater debut in the 2017 French F4 Championship. He had an impressive season and finished the year as junior champion and vice champion overall. In 2018, Martins moved to the Formula Renault Eurocup where he scored 6 podiums including 2 wins. He contested in the series again in 2019 and scored 14 podiums including 6 wins and finished the year in 2nd place. 2020 would be the French driver’s most impressive season in the series with 14 podiums including 7 wins that would let him clinch the title. 

In 2021, Martins moved to the FIA Formula 3 Championship to drive for MP Motorsport. He had an impressive debut F3 season with 6 podiums including 1 win. In 2022, Martins made the switch to ART Grand Prix for the F3 season and with 6 podiums including 2 wins, the French driver became champion. For the 2023 season, Martins moves up to Formula 3 to drive for ART Grand Prix.
