Paul Aron is set to make his Formula 3 debut in 2023 with Prema Racing. Aron raced for Prema Powerteam in the 2019 ADAC Formula 4 Championship where he finished 7th in the championship after scoring two podiums that year. Aron had an especially successful campaign in the 2019 Italian F4 Championship where he scored two wins and eight podiums and finished the year 3rd overall.

The Estonian driver moved to ART Grand Prix for the Formula Renault Eurocup for 2020 season and ended the year 11th in the standings. Aron returned to Prema for the 2021 Formula Regional European Championship and with 2 wins and 5 podiums he ended the year 3rd in the standings. Aron remained with Prema for the 2022 Formula Regional European Championship and retained 3rd place in the championship.
