Fernando Alonso is a Spanish racing driver who made his debut with Minardi in 2001 before moving to Renault.

Whilst at Renault, he achieved his first drivers' championship at 2005, he then managed to defend his title the following year.

Alonso moved to McLaren for a brief stint in 2007, but then he returned to Renault for two more seasons.

He then moved over the Ferrari in 2010 where he spent five seasons. He spent his time trying to fight for the title however, he finished three out of five seasons runner-up.

In 2015, Alonso returned to McLaren for four seasons before taking a two-year hiatus.

In 2021, Alonson returned to the sport with Alpine where he showed glimpses of his former brilliance but after two seasons decided to move over to Aston Martin where he currently resides.
